Migrate Teztale into tezos/tezos

  • Import and adapt teztale code into tezos/tezos
    • Adapt to tezos/tezos build system. i.e. make -C manifest/
    • CI
      • Fix sanity_ci job
      • Fix oc.build_x86_64-released
      • Fix oc.build:static-x86_64-linux-binaries
      • Fix documentation:manuals
      • Fix ocaml-check
      • Fix tezt jobs
      • Fix opam:exec_2: [teztale] Postponed. Teztale has been marked as Experimental instead of Released for the time being.
  • Add some tests
  • Produce docker images for teztale
  • Rename endorsements to attestations 😒
  • Change teztale status from Experimental to Released
