Description

Stabilization of two experimental features for the EVM node:

• Block storage (in SQLite) by default
• History mode and garbage collector

This entails the following changes:

• Block storage legacy mode
• Improving blocks replay
• Augmenting snapshots format (with both legacy and history mode information)
• Restricting snapshot import
