tezt-cloud macOS compatibility

The tezt-cloud framework uses docker files that have been designed with the purpose of being used by linux distributions.
The following problems arised:

there is no dockerfilededicated formacOSdistributions : TODO -
some docker issues appeared when running the dalscenario:-
--network hostis not behaving well for thedocker build/runcommands : !15738 (merged) -
--platformargument needs to be added fordockercommands : !15738 (merged) -
Use dedicated network for docker in localhostmode : !16082 (merged) -
Add a way to obtain the current commit for the dockerfile : !16078 (merged) -
Add macOSdockerfile : !16140 (merged)

This is a backlog milestone, as this work is not priority (it is a compatibility issue for an internal tool, after all)
