[Documentation CLI] Describe unsigned block header/operation

Looks like in each protocol updates, there is a typo in the doc for the command describe unsigned operation, see https://gitlab.com/tezos/tezos/blob/master/src/proto_001_PtCJ7pwo/lib_client_commands/client_proto_context_commands.ml#L197. Let's keep in mind for the future protocol updates.
