SORU/Node: crash the rollup node when missing preimage(s) leads to failing initialisation

When running/initialising a rollup node with missing preimages the rollup node enter in a degraded mode where actually there isn't much that can be done with a non initialised rollup node, hence it should crash after printing the error logs.
