p2p/tezt: tests using fork processes are flaky

Test using fork processes are flaky. The UNIX error EBADF is raised.

This looks related to Log mechanism.

Concerned tests:

• p2p socket nack,
• p2p socket self peer id and
• p2p socket self connection message
