SCORU: carbonate Sc_rollup_add_messages

This issue is dedicated to checking the correct carbonation of Sc_rollup_add_messages, and fix it otherwise.

There was a first analysis below that concluded that Sc_rollup_inbox_repr.add_messages_no_history may not be correctly carbonated, which is dedicated to #3447 (closed).

However this is obsolete, as a new archive process is being implemented (TODO: link to the issue and/or merge request).
