SCORU: carbonate Sc_rollup_originate

This issue is dedicated to checking the correct carbonation of Sc_rollup_originate, and fix it otherwise.

Following the conclusion, the fixes are divided as follows:

• !5812 (merged) adds an uncarbonated function that then allows to carbonate PVM_kind in !5813 (merged);
• Boot_sector is carbonated in !5814 (merged).
• Sc_rollup_commitment_repr.hash is carbonated in !5888 (merged).
• Sc_rollup_repr.Address.from_nonce is carbonated in !5893 (merged).
• Sc_rollup.Genesis_info is carbonated in !5902 (merged).
