Proto: update Lambda instruction benchmark and gas

The Michelson instruction I_Lambda has been updated with a new branching case. The benchmark should cover this new case, and the gas should be updated alongside with it, if needed. We can expect the new case to take longer, and observe an increase, although maybe only slight
