CI: Increase the number of jobs for more parallelism

This is part of %(OKR 2022Q3 - 4.3) - Faster CI. This is blocked until #3619 (closed) has an answer.

We want to increase the number of jobs to parallelize the CI more. This is easy to do for Python and Tezt tests. Choose a number (double?) and do it.
