The documentation section on signals and exit codes needs updating

The section http://tezos.gitlab.io/user/various.html?highlight=signals#tezos-binaries-signals-and-exit-codes looks like it's been borked in a rebase. The paragraph mentions a signal 64 and directs to the table for more information, but signal 64 is not really mentioned (except "something went unexpectedly"). In earlier versions signal 64 had an entry in the table.
