Character sheet rings break on too narrow modal

On the narrowest size, the ring section formatting of the character sheet breaks (among other things overlapping). Probably needs to define a new minimum width a bit larger than the original one. Dragging the sheet just a bit wider resolves the issue, but as they all start out on minimum with, it starts out broken.
