Connect to accel-ppp using sstp-vpn fails

Consider the following command line argument to test sstpc

sstpc --cert-warn --log-level 5 --log-stderr --user alexb@sstp-test.com --password 'xxxxxxxx' 192.168.1.200 require-mschap-v2 noauth debug

Connection to a local VM hosting accel-pppd on port 443, it fails.
