crash after desinstalling then reinstalling apk

Dear Souch,

Here is a bug I identified while using the apks shared in another issue (#94 (closed)).

Steps to reproduce:

• download the apk from gitlab
• remove the previously installed SMP
• use Files to install the application (after allowing this Files app to install packages)
• validate the warning messages

During this process, some "crash messages" can appear, some of them possibly from the previously installed package still running in backend, some other maybe related to the new installed version (not sure).

Here attached a log file produced by adb logcat.
