mpd-configure: CONF_MPD_HOMEDIR ignored and paths not filled in mpd.conf

Regardless of CONF_MPD_HOMEDIR is set by the user or is left empty, the mpd-configure currently ignores it, resulting in skipping all dependent settings in ./confs-available/paths_conf. This is major issue.
