Add ability to use different lists by giving a short name like 'today' or 'finance'

Instead of having to manually specify a full pathname to use a non-default file, the system should also accept short list names whose corresponding files are placed in the default data directory.

This prevents the main todo list from getting too cluttered by todo items involving a specific project
