Stalling on video segmentation

Hello, I tried to install idtrackerai on two different MacOS laptops (M1, Sequoia 15.3.2) and both stall at 0% on the "Segmenting Video" step when running "idtrackerai_test". I followed the steps on the installation page and no other errors popped up. The logs don't show any errors, they stop at "Segmenting video..." as well.
