some more UI fixes

we recently improved the UI by hiding stuff and we also remapped a bunch of links which now land where they should. there are a few things left:

  • about:preferences#privacy > Permissions > Push > Learn More doesn't go anywhere, it should be remapped to https://librewolf.net/docs/faq/#how-do-i-enable-push-notifications
  • about:preferences#general > Performance > Learn More doesn't go anywhere, we should probably just hide it or map it to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/performance-settings. atm it goes to an anchor in the faq but it looks ugly.
    • about:preferences#general > Network Settings > Learn More is similar.
  • about:preferences#general > Browsing > Picture in Picture > Learn More and about:preferences#general > Browsing > Control media.. > Learn More we can probably just hide.
  • about:preferences#general > General > Startup > Always check if.. was hidden in the last release but it's back, so this was a regression of some kind that we want to revert.
  • there's a new UI at about:preferences#privacy > Forms and autofill, but it probably can stay there.

@maltejur what's your opinion on those and how would you map stuff to the website?
