Add capability for monthly metering fees
As of 1.1.2026 utility companies in Switzerland are required to charge metering fees. E.g. Energie Wasser Luzern AG will charge Fr. 7.20 (excl. GST) per metering point. To be specified:
- is that effectively billed at Fr. 0.24 per day, or for each full month?
