bucket fill tool broken with rotated canvas

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• create rect and unselect it
• rotate canvas (for example 45°)
• use fill tool (U) to fill rect with a new color

What happened?

Filling fails.

What should have happened?

Filling succeeds.
