German localization of the menu item "Preferences…" lacks trailing ellipsis

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Inkscape 1.0alpha2
2. Switch to German UI language:
3. Open Inkscape > Edit > Preferences…
4. Select Interface
5. Under Language (requires restart), select German (de)
6. Restart Inkscape
7. Klick e.g. on the menu Bearbeiten

What happened?

The menu opened and you can see that all menu items, which will open a dialog for further user interaction are followed by an ellipsis … character, except the menu item Einstellungen.

What should have happened?

The menu item should read Einstellungen….
