Arrange/Polar Coordinates last/first selected ellipse reversed

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• Put some circles/ellipses on canvas
• open Arrange/Polar coordinates
• select an anchor point
• select "first selected circles/ellipse" option on "Arrange On"section
• Selected all the circles on canvas, one by one (no drag selection)

What happened?

-The program arranges the circles using the LAST ellipse selected

What should have happened?

• Should have arranged the ellipses using the first ellipse selected

NOTE: simply, the "arrange On" option is INVERTED. If I try to select the "last circle/ellipse" option, the ellipses are arranged on the FIRST ellipse I've selected. Tried on 1.0, Works fine on 0.92

Inkscape Version and Operating System:

• Inkscape Version: 1.0
• Operating System: MAcOs High Sierra
• Operating System version: 10.13.6
