Object propertie dialogue HREF text entry wrong

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• ...create object
• right click and select "Create Anchor (Hyperlink)
• a dialogue appears, select first text entry (Href)
• start typing

What happened?

...text entry is entered backward (i.e. with Western language settings from right to left)

What should have happened?

...text entry should follow normal text input; from left to right
