Choosing File directory in Export dialog broken

Summary:

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• Draw some shapes
• save the file (* Required)
• Open Export dialog
• select a shape and click on "Choose"
• Save the file in the same directory as svg file

What happened?

Filepicker keeps popping up, clicking cancel ends the loop and starts a series of "You have to enter a filename" errors. No file is saved.

What should have happened?

File is saved.
