Inkscape master: The color wheel doesn't auto-update on color change

Summary:

The color wheel doesn't update on color change:

• selecting another object with a different color
• entering a hex value in the color widget

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• create a rectangle
• open the color wheel in the F&S dialog
• change the color in the F&S dialog by entering a hex value

What happened?

The color wheel is not changed

What should have happened?

The color wheel updates when a new color is set
