Opacity is not applied with "last style" if set with object and dialog dialog

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• draw an object with a given tool (make sure the preference tool is set with "last style used")
• modify its opacity with L&O dialog
• create another object: expected opacity
• change opacity with L&O dialog
• create another object

What happened?

All new object are created with transparency that is not the last used

What should have happened?

Last style used should apply opacity applied to last object. Things work as expected if opacity set with fill and stroke dialog
