LPE Fillet Chamfer interacts badly with circle shape

Steps to reproduce:

1. New document
2. Create a circle
3. Add fillet chamfer, set effect's radius to 50

What happened?

The circle's side that has it's endpoint (For me that's its right side) starts to look flat. The circles endpoint gets covered with a stack of green effect handles. Attempting to make adjustments is likely to crash.

Inverse fillet with a 50% radius makes this even more obvious.
