Inkscape master: Menu font size isn't adjusted with the font scale slider

Summary:

Menu font size isn't adjusted with the font scale slider. Regression from 1.4.1.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• open the Preferences
• go to Interface > Theming
• slide the font slider and press Apply

What happened?

Menu font size isn't changed

What should have happened?

Menu font size is changed with other text
