Inkscape master: Pasting live path effects don't work

Summary:

Same as title. Regression from 1.4.2.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• draw a line
• apply the powerstroke path effect
• ctrl-c to copy the path
• draw another path
• select the path, press & to paste path effect

What happened?

Nothing on-canvas. The statusbar indicates that there are no path effects to paste.

What should have happened?

The path effects are pasted.
