US Letter Page Size in v1.4 is displayed in millimeters not in inches

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• click "File" -> "New"
• click "Page Tool"
• select "Page Tool" drop down
• select "US Letter 8.5 x 11mm"
• new document page uses millimeters as the measurement not inches.

What happened?

US Letter page size is displayed in millimeters ...

What should have happened?

US Letter page size should be displayed in inches ...
