Power Stroke icon missing

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• edit-preference-interface-theming
• set your icon theme to hicolor and turn off symbolic
• close LPE dialog (if its opend)
• create a path
• open LPE dialog

What happened?

The power stroke icon is missing. It shows in the tooltip, but is missing in the dropdown itself:

It's also missing when searching:

as well after adding it:

What should have happened?

Icon is present all the time.
