Crash when deleting objects that are meant to be sprayed (1.4-dev)

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• draw a few items
• select them
• switch to spray tool
• Ctrl+A
• Ctrl+Del

What happened?

Inkscape crashes.
