Node tool - Delete behaviour

Current handling of deleting nodes is unintuitive the proposition of new behavior

• first two just switch shortcuts / commands
• 3. is a new feature - select one node lef+ one nod right and use the existing delete segment command
• 4. is existing - brake path command
• 5 delete segment between two selected nodes (currently alt+delete)
