Releasing clip changes grouping option

Summary:

Releasing a clipmask created when "put all clipped/masked objects into one group" is active will change the before applying option to "put all clipped/masked object in its own group"

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• check the preferences has "put all clipped/masked objects into one group" selected
• create objects and a another for the clipmask
• select all and select Object | Clip | Set clip (works as expected)
• select clipmask group and select Object | Clip | Release clip
• with objects still selected reapply the clip (as above)

What happened?

clipped objects are in separate groups with individual clip masks

What should have happened?

clipped objects should have been in a single group
