Snap panel group does not disable all child tick boxes (1.2 Beta)

I was confused about how I got a crash in Inkscape::DistributionSnapper::_collectBBoxes with the new alignment snapping turned off. The reason appears to be a bug in the new snap panel.

The tick boxes Alignment and Other points tick boxes do not disable all of their constituent fields. This appears to be a bug where the UI forgets to update all the corresponding child fields’ states.
