Load and Save files without .svg extension
I edit a lot of files that have no .svg extension, but even if they're inkscape-generated svg files, I get the error message:
Likewise, it's not possible to save an svg file without the .svg Extension. Even when I remove it in the save dialog, it still gets added.
The first is just a nuisance (although it does stand to reason that the "format autodetect" could use some work), but the second means I have to copy and rename a lot of files.
I understand that this is a kind of security mechanism, but it would be nice to be able to override it.
