Text flowing into a frame upside down if inside group with transforms like scale (-1, 1)

Summary:

Text flowing into a frame on the original layer of an imported document is inverted

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• Import pdf (not clear on original production software)
• Made rectangle
• Converted it to path
• added nodes to make a offset corner
• pasted text from notepad++
• Ensured text was top layer
• selected rectangle with offset, selected text (Note repeatable in either order)
• selected Text- Flow into frame. Note: putting box & text on a new layer works properly (Got that hint from the old bug tracker).

What happened?

Text flowed into rectangle inverted

What should have happened?
