Papersize A4 Landscape typo

Summary:

The new document dialog has a typo for A4 papersize: "210mm x 297mm" and "279mm x 210mm"

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• select print and papersize a4, see screenshot

What happened?

The document has the wrong papersize

What should have happened?

The correct papersize should be displayed and the document should have the right size
