Crash on Export As png in png dialog if ñ, ä, ö, or ü in directory name

Summary:

... (inkscpe crash when I try to export a file to jpg or png, some time works Jpg but dont di it when a try to do it in png, I´m sorry for my English its mpt my native language)

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• Open a Image
• Go to file
• go to export image png
• export as: jpg, pointing to folder with ñ in its name
• export as: png, pointing to folder with ñ in its name

What happened?

Inkscape crashes on export to png and doesn't export the file

What should have happened?

Export the filo to png o Jpg
