Boolean LPE Using Trasform or Align misaligns elements

Steps to reproduce:

1. New document
2. Add two rectangles
3. Union them with Boolean LPE
4. Adjust the created shape with Align (Ctrl+Shift+A) OR Transform (Ctrl+Shift+M)

What happened?

Operand isn't moved/transformed along its "parent" element

What should have happened?

Boolean result should stay intact
