Inconsistent moving behavior of boolean LPE

Steps to reproduce:

  • open Inkscape
  • open file:
    move_bool_lpe.svg
  • select the object (simple boolean LPE, operands are two squares)
  • move the object with the mouse
  • move the object with the arrow keys
  • move the object by entering new X, Y coordinates

What happened?

When the object is moved with the mouse, the relative position of the two rectangles remain identical.

When the object is moved with the arrow keys or by entering coordinates, the relative position of the two rectangles change.

Bonus bug (continuation of #680 (closed)): when undoing, the relative position of the objects always stay identical, regardless of what "move" operation was done.

What should have happened?

When moving the object, the relative position should stay identical, regardless of how the object is moved.
