Incorrect page background color tooltip.

The tooltip for the page background colour in Document Properties says:

Color of the page background. Note: transparency setting ignored while editing if 'Checkerboard background' unset (but used when exporting to bitmap).

But this does not represent its behaviour: the checkerboard and solid background are mutually exclusive and so the transparency is always ignored while editing. Does the tooltip represent the expected behaviour?

Note: I just submitted an MR (!552 (merged)) to make the background colour affect the checkerboard.
