values in Selectors and CSS dialog dont update immediately

Summary:

The values in Selectors and CSS dialog dont auto update immediately and requires a force refresh trigger.

Steps to reproduce:

1. open Inkscape
2. create a shape
3. open Fill and Stroke (ctrl + shift + f) and Selectors and CSS (ctrl + shift + q) dialog
4. change order from the F&S dialog > stroke style once
5. change it again.
6. deselect and reselect object

What happened?

The value in S&C dialog doesnt update after step 4, it shows the last used value after 5, and updates to latest value after 6. Tested with corresponding buttons (in F&S) of foll values (of S&C):

• paint-order
• stroke-width
• stroke-dashoffset - dash > pattern offset (these had different values even after force refresh - i think due to different units)
• stroke-miterlimit - join > maximum miter length
• stroke paint

What should have happened?

The value should update on the go.

Additional Input:

• I clicked the heading of these in S&C 2-3 times (in hopes of it getting selected 😛) and Ink crashed. the crash dialog was shown, but it didnt show ANY message, and disappeared itself shortly after.
• ref for paint-order values: SVG2/painting#PaintOrder 🡭 {this issue was originally intended for above's values not matching with corresponding field in F&S dialog 😅,} trail: 1 2 3
