LPE Perspective/Envelope: Perspective Overflow doesn't work

There is an option in P/E LPE that allows perspective to stay, well, perspective as we experience it in the real world, but unfortunately it isn't working in the trunk. Honestly, I am not sure why it is even allowed to construct perspectives projections that go against common sense. In my opinion "Perspective Overflow" checkbox should be the default behavior, not an option.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• draw a rectangle
• apply Perspective/Envelope LPE
• move one of the four handles so that it crosses a line constructed by connecting two neighboring points to the one selected

What happened?

• perspective goes crazy

What should have happened?

• perspective should stay be disallowed to overflow

Inkscape Version and Operating System:

• Inkscape Version: Inkscape 1.0alpha (19c30c44, 2019-05-13)
• Operating System: Linux
