Offset LPE: Unit change does not recalculate offset amount, but sets a different offset

Steps to reproduce:

  • open Inkscape
  • apply Offset LPE to any closed path
  • set offset to 5 mm
  • set unit to inch

What happened?

Offset is offset by 5 inch now, instead of by a fraction of an inch.

What should have happened?

The field should behave like all the other fields in Inkscape do when one changes the unit. It should recalculate the Offset in the other unit. I'm changing the unit, not the offset.
