Blur Previews Causes Crash

Summary:

When using the blur effect (among others), inkscape crashes.

Steps to reproduce:

• Download sample file
• open Inkscape
• click big, black, blog
• Filters > Blurs > Blur... > live preview

What happened?

Inkscape crashed, then asked me to make this report.
