Icons in sidebar are too small

Summary:

Icons are too small. Unable to confirm if this is a KDE specific issue but I have observed this on both KDE Neon and openSUSE Tumbleweed KDE.

Steps to reproduce:

Run Inkscape in KDE Plasma.

What happened?

Icons are small.

What should have happened?

The icons should not be so small, or the user should be able to increase their size. Or, they should scale proportionally to how wide the user adjusts the sidebar to be.
