Selecting Tools causes inkscape to crash

Summary:

Select any tool from toolbar or use shortcut, inkscape crashes.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• set theme to system theme in preferences
• select any tool (rectangle tool for example)

What happened?

Crash

What should have happened?

No Crash

handle issues found in !2849 about theming

Before this commit inkscape works fine on local machine.

ISSUE REOPENED
UPDATE: Original Issue was resolved but there are still crash when theme is set to system theme in preferences. I can't replicate on POP_OS but @sushant.co19 replicated. Maybe he can add more details.
