Text tool scroll leaves some background items unrendered

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• open a SVG a bit complex
• select text tool
• create some flowed SVG2 text elements
• edit one and/or on scroll

What happened?

Background outside items become white

What should have happened?

Render normal

Inkscape Version and Operating System:

• Inkscape Version: ... Inkscape 1.0 (not at this PC)
• Operating System: ... GNU/Linux Debian
• Operating System version: ... Bullseye
