Pen tool angle upside down with default y-axis direction

Steps to reproduce:

• Open Inkscape
• Switch to pen tool
• Press once to create the first node
• move the cursor around that node

What happened?

Angle reported in notification window is negative moving anti-clockwise, instead of positive.

This problem is more obvious when you change the preferences (Behavior > Steps > Compas-like display of angles), as 360/0 is pointing down instead of up.

What should have happened?

Angle same regardless of y-axis direction
